This is another fine reference book from Nigel Calder! I think that this book along with a good factory type manual would be all you needed to maintain your diesel engine. I have yet to purchase a book that Calder has authored that was not worth the money.
By Richard Frehs
A good reference, but a bit too technical. I was a machinist and would not even dream of attempting some of the repairs suggested. Removing, cleaning and replacing internal engine components is something I would only attempt if I was broken down in the jungle, many miles from civilization.
