Had to get this book as required reading for a Human Development Class. The sections we had to read rarely applied to studies in the class( Not really the books fault, more the school). The book is a grab bag of different research articles, some are more interesting then other, but mostly it's pretty dull stuff. It would be a good book if you were doing research in the field of spirituality and psychology, but other than that it's a dull boring read. I rarely used it in my studies and felt it was a waste of $100.
